1. Operational isolation by clinic
In the VivaMed Cloud architecture, each clinic operates in its own independent data environment. Medical records, EHR data and financial transactions remain strictly separated and protected against cross-access.
2. Permission levels and access privileges
Not everyone at the clinic needs access to everything. Administrators define exactly what each role can access: front desk teams manage schedules and arrivals, physicians work in the EHR, and only management can access reports and financial payouts.
3. Traceability and action audits
The system logs relevant operational and administrative actions. This traceability identifies who made changes, when they occurred and which data was modified.
4. Cloud backups and centralized updates
Because the platform is fully cloud-based, you do not need local physical servers. Structured backup routines protect your data, and platform improvements are deployed centrally and transparently.
